**Refund & Exchange Policy**

After serving satisfied customers, we have learned so much from you all about a fuss-free and enjoyable shopping experience, and we are committed to giving that on Luxy Studio Products.

Our team makes their best effort to keep our product images, descriptions, and titles as clear as possible. So, we request you to carefully go through our products before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.

**Note: Please read carefully before placing your order.**

**Eligibility For Exchange:**

If you're not happy with our product, we can offer you a 7-day exchange on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and items sold in sales & offers.

Exchange should be requested within 7 days of delivering the product. Email us at support@luxystudio.com or abhinay@approtic.in

The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
The product should not be used.
The protective film should not be removed.
Order ID & Invoice should be available.
Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
Non-qualifying exchanges include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer.

**Eligibility For Refund:**

We offer a 3-day refund via Store Credits on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and all items sold in sales & offers.

Refund should be requested within 3 days of delivering the product. Email us at support@luxystudio.com

The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
The product should not be used.
The protective film should not be removed.
Order ID & Invoice should be available.
Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
In the case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer.

**Store Credit Conditions:**

Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Store Credit will be automatically applied to any purchases made on www.luxystudio.com
Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
Orders with a subtotal within (Minimum price Rs.399 and Maximum price Rs.4999) these ranges will be eligible to pay with Cash on Delivery.

**How to Obtain Your Balance:**

Store Credit balances are listed on your Account Page.

**Expiration:**

Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from the issue.

**Note:**

The customer will not be eligible for a refund in the following conditions:

Self Placed Wrong Order (e.g., Ordered the wrong model or product).
Not the same as Advertised.
Purchased from a local store or other website.
Note: If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@luxystudio.com.
